‘n Hartlike uitnodiging om deel te wees van ons eerste interskole week teen Long Acres.

Gedurende hierdie week sal daar geen buitemuurse aktiwiteite by die skool plaasvind nie en ons daaglikse akademiese rooster is aangepas vir die doel. Volg asb. hierdie kommunikasieblad noukeurig. / Please join us for the very first interschools week against Long Acres. There will be no extra murals during the week and the academic timetable has also been adapted for this purpose.  

MAANDAG / MONDAY – 28 Mei / May

Gholf Interskole te Mashie Gholfbaan / Golf Interschools at the Mashie Golf Course

• Leerders ontvang eksamen uiteensetting / Learners receive exam schedule.

• Alle leerders dra skooldrag met ‘n gholfhempie of ‘n pet om hul ondersteuning aan ons gholfspan te toon. / Learners wear the school uniform with a golf shirt or peak to show their support for our team.

• Gr. 1-2 verdaag 12h45 / Gr. 1-2 leave at 12h45 – Gr.3 verdaag 13h45 / Gr.3 leaves at 13h45 /  Gr. 4 – 7: 14h00 Ondersteuners dra skooldrag/Supporters in school uniform.

Landloop / Cross Country at the Country Estate

• Alle leerders dra skooldrag met enige ander soort tekkies om hulle ondersteuning aan ons Landloopspan te toon. / Learners wear their school uniform with any trainers to show their support for the athletes.
• Gr. 1-3 verdaag 13h45 / Gr. 1-3 leave at 13h45 / Gr. 4 – 7:  14h00
• Ondersteuners parkeer by Oxigym en stap na “Driving Range”/ Supporters park at Oxygym and walk to the Driving Range from there.

HOKKIE / HOCKEY AT LONG ACRES

• Alle leerders dra skooldrag met enige snaakse sokkies om hulle ondersteuning aan ons Hokkiespanne te toon. / Learners wear their school uniform with any funky socks to show their support for the hockey teams.
• Gr. 1-7 verdaag 12h45 / Gr. 1-7 leave at 12h45
• Akademiese rooster. Periodes 1 -6  word gevolg. / Academic timetable. Periods 1 – 6 will be followed.
• Geen tuiswerk vir leerders Gr. 1 – 7. Nasorg by Topolino Pre-primêr. / No homework for Gr. 1 – 7 learners. Aftercare at Topolino Preschool.

KULTUUR INTERSKOLE BY TOPOLINO/ CULTURAL INTERSCHOOLS AT TOPOLINO

• Alle leerders dra skooldrag met iets wat kultuur verteenwoodig bv. grootbrille, ‘n das, gekleurde strikke ens. om hulle ondersteuning aan ons Kultuurspan te toon. / Learners wear their school uniform with something funky to show their support for the cultural team, e.g. big spectacles, a tie or colourful ribbon, etc.
• Gr. 1-7 verdaag 12h00 / Gr. 1-7 leave at 12h00
• Deelnemers meld aan: 13h45 / Participants arrive at: 13h45
• Akademiese rooster. Periodes 1 – 5 word gevolg. / Academic timetable. Periods 1 – 5 will be followed.
• Geen tuiswerk vir leerders Gr. 1 – 7. Nasorg by Topolino Pre-primêr. / No homework for Gr. 1 – 7 learners. Aftercare at Topolino Preschool.
• Snoepie en Koffiewinkel beskikbaar. / Tuckshop and Coffee shop will be available.

VRYDAG / FRIDAY– 1 JUNIE / JUNE

RUGBY & NETBAL INTERSKOLE / RUGBY AND NETBALL INTERSCHOOLS AT LONG ACRES

• Alle leerders dra winterskooldrag. / Learners wear their school uniform
• Akademiese rooster. Periodes  1 -3  word gevolg. / Academic timetable. Periods 1 – 3 will be followed.
• 10h00 personeel en leerders stap na parkie vir pouse. (Onthou kospakkie) / Learners and staff  walk to the park for Break. Remember lunch boxes.
• Vandaar gaan ons na NG Kerksaal vir Groot Brag. Ouers is welkom om 11h15 aan te sluit. / From there we will go to the Dutch Reformed Church hall for the Big Brag. Parents are welcome to join at 11h15.
• Leerders verdaag om 13h00 by saal. / Learners leave the hall at 13h00.
• Die hele skool meld om 13h45 op die pawiljoen by Long Acres aan. / At 13h45 the whole school assembles on the pavilion at Long Acres.
• Gratis toegang. / Free entrance.
• Busleerders word na Long Acres geneem. / Bus learners will be transported to Long Acres. 
• Optog / Parade: 14:00
