At Topolino Private School we believe that each Gr7 student should be given the opportunity to grow and develop skills associated with leadership. We do not appoint prefects as it is our aim to promote and develop leadership skills in all the students. We focus on developing these skills through our leadership program and the practical portfolio experiences the students gain throughout the year.
Our portfolio groups consist of a general community group in which all the Gr 7 students partake. Before the start of their Gr 7 year the students are assigned to one of the following 7 groups:

Ecology
First Aid
Library & School Newspaper
Operations
School Spirit
Sports
The leadership characteristics we focus on are:
